Making a reservation
A Security Deposit (£50.00 per apartment) is required at the time of making a reservation, this initial payment will be put towards your accommodation total, and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made. Failure to pay the prepayment 14 days prior to arrival will be deemed to be a cancellation. Credit card details used to secure the booking shall also be used as a guarantee against any extra charges, such as telephone calls during your stay. Please note you will automatically be charged £20.00 on the day of departure for each set of keys that are not returned.
In the event of a cancellation we will endeavour to make a full refund provided we have a minimum of 14 days notice. Management reserves the right to charge full pre-payment and vary terms without notice. Cancellations must be made in writing and will only be effective on the date of receipt.
In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary to cancel your booking. In this event, we shall make all reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative or refund any sum paid which shall constitute final settlement of any liability we may have to you as a result of cancellation.
During peak season and high demand periods we reserve the right not to take one night bookings. Furthermore, weekend bookings and bookings made in high demand periods for 2 nights which are then cancelled to a one night reservation will be charged for two nights.
We reserve the right to decline single sex group bookings

Check In and Check Out
Unless otherwise agreed, apartments will usually be made available from 1:30pm on the day of arrival. Reception is open between 8:30am and 7:00pm Monday to Friday and between 10:00am and 2:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Guests expecting to arrive out with reception hours must notify us in advance.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all apartments must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure and keys returned to reception. If there is any delay in vacating the apartment beyond the agreed time an additional night's accommodation may be charged to you. An itemised telephone bill will be supplied on departure and this should be settled immediately together with any other incidentals.
Damage Liability
It is expected that the apartments are left in a clean and tidy order. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents during your stay which has occurred due to negligence or omission. Any damage must be reported to us without delay.
Guests are advised that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your goods or personal belongings kept at the accommodation.
Occupants
Only persons notified to us prior to arrival may occupy the apartment. The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded.
Pets
As a general rule, no pets of any kind, are allowed in the apartments, however, this rule is subject to change by management.
Complaints
In the event of any dispute or if we receive serious complaints we reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge guests who cause disturbance to other guests of Luxury Residences.
